Ronald Inge headshotRonald E. (Ron) Inge is President of Inge & Associates, Inc., a mining and real estate consulting firm in Southwest Florida. The company is involved in addressing the needs of properties relating to the comprehensive planning, zoning, and permitting process in Florida through the federal, state, and local levels. Three of his recent accomplishments are the completion of the zoning approval for a 535 acre construction aggregate operation in Southwest Florida, the adoption of a comprehensive plan amendment and zoning for a 1,550 acre residential/commercial/industrial project, also in Southwest Florida, and the zoning approval for the Whole Foods anchored center at the intersection of Six Mile Parkway and Daniels Parkway. He has been involved in several industrial and residential subdivision developments such as Laurel Oaks, Lindsford, Oak Creek, Chapel Creek, Castalina, the Six Mile Commercial Park and the Benchmark Corporate Park, to name a few.

Previously, Ron served as Executive Vice President of Harper/Bros., Inc., Southwest Florida’s largest highway/heavy construction and mining company, culminating in a sale of the company in 1999. His responsibilities included financial, risk management, strategic planning, and administration for the 450+ employee company as well a leading role in developing the company’s 3,100 acre aggregate mine and 535-acre silica sand mine.

Ron has devoted significant amounts of his time to his passion of economic development for Lee County, Florida and has served as past chairman of the Horizon Council, which is a public/private partnership designed to advise the Lee County Board of County Commissioners on business and economic development issues and to also assist the Lee County Economic Development Office in broadening the economic base of Lee County. He worked with the Board of County Commissioners and Lee County Economic Development staff to bring to fruition his idea for a $25 million reserve fund for economic incentives to assist in attracting high-wage, economic diversified employment for Lee County. In addition to his tenure of over 18 years with the Horizon Council, he served on the Lee County Local Planning Agency for 20 years. Ron also serves on the board of two private charitable foundations and past president of the Tiger Bay Club of Southwest Florida, a non-partisan political and issues group. Ron also serves on the STARS Advisory Board for the City of Fort Myers, an organization tasked with assisting at-risk children with academic and recreational support to promote success in school, work and in the community. He also serves on the Conservation Lands Acquisition and Stewardship Committee (CLASAC) for Lee County.

Ron has been honored to receive the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Horizon Council of Lee County for his devotion and efforts in diversifying the economy of Lee County. He is also a two-time recipient of the Richard L. McLaughlin Award from the Florida Economic Development Council for his service in support of Florida’s economic development efforts.

Rhonda Brewer serves as Senior Vice President of Land Services for Retland Holdings and LSI Companies. She is responsible for all aspects of land activities, including feasibility, zoning, entitlements, permitting, permit compliance, development management, and ongoing asset management. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisition, entitlements, and development. Prior to joining LSI Companies, Rhonda held executive level positions with WCI Communities and Newland Communities developing numerous master planned communities located throughout Florida. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture. 

Dawn Russell, AICP

Dawn Russell serves as the Project Manager for Retland Holdings and LSI Companies. Dawn is responsible for assisting with various aspects of land activities, including real estate feasibility, entitlements, and project management. Her varied experience ranges from land planning concepts and procedures to market research and land services. She currently serves on the advisory board for the Lee County Local Planning Agency. Dawn has over ten years of experience in land-related services, including land acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, as well as land planning in the Southwest Florida area. She holds an AICP designation and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida with a focus on interpersonal communication.

Randy Thibaut is the founder of Retland Holdings, LLC; Sage Communities, LLC; and LSI Companies, Inc. (formerly known as Land Solutions).  Randy has over 30 years of experience in Southwest Florida’s real estate industry in sales, construction, project management, homebuilding, and development.   

Randy’s role is that of visionary, establishing new investor relations to bring capital resources into the Southwest Florida market and providing his team with the best tools, resources and connections available. He personally brokered over $2 billion in real estate transactions in the region and has structured hundreds of partnerships and acquisitions. 

Randy served in numerous development roles in Southwest Florida, including project management, developer, national homebuilder division president, and founder of one of the area’s leading brokerage and development services firms in Southwest Florida, LSI Companies, which is now owned by his son Justin Thibaut.   

Randy is supported by a top-notch team of professionals that are the region’s go-to firm for brokerage, zoning/entitlement services, appraisals, and workouts. His primary focus is leadership mentor for LSI and forming real estate investment partnerships for value-add opportunistic real estate ventures for residential development, commercial properties, land and entitlements, including leading and managing several successful zonings for residential communities in multiple counties. His newest venture and focus is Sage Communities, which he created to build 4-10+ active adult apartment communities.
