Highly Focused on Real Estate Opportunities in
Southwest Florida and Beyond

Land Acquisitions, Entitlements, and Development

Our team has extensive combined experience with a vision created and executed for multiple transactions from acquisition, conception, design, zoning entitlements, and development to disposition. Our team specializes in feasibility with the resources to make decisions quickly and is well known for being prudent and highly detailed to facilitate and execute transactions easily for all involved. Numerous Retland projects dot the Southwest Florida marketplace. We created communities for several public and private homebuilders over the span of over two decades. We also possess expertise in all aspects of developing commercial and residential projects from the ground up, including subdivisions, commercial properties, multifamily and senior housing.

Commercial Real Estate

Our expertise includes the acquisition and management of industrial, flex, office, and other types of commercial properties. We understand how to evaluate, acquire, and manage commercial real estate. We also seek opportunities to develop infill commercial real estate in a variety of sectors.

Real Estate Partnerships

Retland benefits from the earned trust and confidence from many long-term private high net worth investors in a variety of real estate partnerships that we assembled. Retland de-risks investments for our partners by taking the time, money, and resources to vet every opportunity before we secure investment dollars. We make it hassle-free for our partners with solid communications and reporting through our investor relations portal. We invest and spend every dollar like it is our own. We put our money where our mouth is, co-investing in many of the deals that we are involved with. We primarily utilize all cash equity or limited financing with safe, conservative decisions to ensure Retland and its partners can weather all storms. Retland integrates the myriad strengths of its team to purchase, develop or lease property. Exploring a partnership with Retland Holdings is an investment strategy you can bank on.
